We had a Kohler generator installed by Metz Electric. There are not a lot of Kohler authorized installers around, so I was happy they were willing to travel to my area. They were extremely responsive and patient as I coordinated with the propane company, and to get to me on relatively short notice. They responded to every call and email quickly. The install is clean and they walked us through the operation of our generator. They conducted the first start up, and now our warranty is valid. Having a whole house generator where we live is crucial. We no longer fear power outages or being without water, heat or cooling for days. Very knowledgeable, patient and responsive family run business. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I wish I could give a better review but tried getting this company to service my generator for over a year left multiple messages and never a call back. Only got them to answer the phone when I used a company that had their security service. Then told they would be out and nothing. Then finally a message back that they were retiring and so I cannot give any better review because I got absolutely unprofessional horrible service. Wish it would have been different
