I checked out several Somerset area real estate agents, looking for someone to sell our place at Hidden Valley. Erin emerged quickly as the only one I judged to be sufficiently energetic to make a really serious effort at selling, not just sit back and wait for a buyer to come in. We've signed with her to sell our place. When we've been through the process I'll come back and update this review. So far, though, things look great.

UPDATE: She sold it, for a higher price than the other agents had recommended as a listing price. All through the experience she was energetic, helpful and professional. I recommend her without reservation.

I want to write a review about Kathy Corbett at Berkshire Hathaway in Donegal that will do her justice. I don’t think I can express it but I’ll try. I met her in January. Long before I was planning to buy anything...I was looking to sell. She helped with the listing. And then the pandemic hit and everything got shut down. When things came back online, I asked her to show me some listing in 7springs. She showed me 8 units in one day. She got me an offer on the same day I made an offer on what would become my new place. Sounds like a normal deal right? Well when getting my mortgage, we hit some bumps. I asked her for help and she went to work. Found me people who were efficient and replied to everything i needed. Along the way, Kathy always called me or replied to my texts. Never blew me off. Always with a kind voice. She is good at what she does. She knows the area and the people to get things done for you. I can’t recommend her enough.
