I have submitted both online requests and called and spoke to someone about scheduling electric/HVAC work and still nobody has ever reached back out to schedule. It's been over a month. We're moving onto other companies with more professional etiquette.

I had a problem with my electric water heater. Todd called within a few hours of leaving a message, apologizing that their front office wasn't there right then. He made sure that I had hot water (I think he might have come over right away if that wasn't the case) and asked if it was okay that he come the next morning.

He arrived right on time, ready to look at my issue. He diagnosed it quickly, told me the price first, and quickly, efficiently took care of the problem. The wiring looks much, much better than what was there before.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and will use their services should I need an electrician in the future

If call them the main office will pick up and hang up on phone calls. Would rather use someone who actually knows how to run a business.
