We had a wonderful buying experience with Mike. We sent a cold email to Mike on a Friday evening and he called that night and talked to us for a long time about the property we were interested in seeing. We did not end up seeing that property but later called him again on a listing and he immediately responded and set up a time to see the listing. Mike was always prompt, helpful and informative. Mike’s integrity was displayed numerous times and as a result we ended up purchasing the property. We saw a huge difference between Mike and the realtor on the other side of the sale. Mike made sure we were always promptly informed and his knowledge and information was invaluable. Mike made a very stressful situation a very positive experience for us. We would use Mike again and highly recommend him.
