Nina did an excellent job in every aspect of listing our house and getting it sold. Her years of experience in real estate proved very helpful in painlessly guiding us through all the decisions and steps we had to take during the whole process. When I first contacted her, she came over and did a market analysis, but I was not ready to put my house on the market. Thankfully, she was not pushy at all and was ready to go the following year when I called her back and told her I was ready to list the house. My house was unconventional. It was a straw bale construction house with many unusual features, so she had quite a challenge in pricing it appropriately. I think she did a great job pricing it and it was under contract after only 13 days on the market! Nina took care of things immediately. If she couldn't answer my phone call, she would call me back soon, or text me to tell me when she would get back to me. I felt certain that when she learned anything new about the sale, she would call me immediately. She was always friendly and I always felt I was being well taken care of.

Nina is the BEST of the BEST when it comes to realtors. She is hands down amazing. Super smart, efficient, savvy, and knowledgeable. In this day and age, it's so hard to find people who are truly customer service providers, but Nina is this in spades. While purchasing a home can be stressful, she makes it all worth it!

If we could give Nina more than 5 stars, we would. Nina is the biggest reason we were able to complete our recent sale and purchase of a new vacation home. Throughout the process, which was massively complex due to a chain of sales that needed to happen, I swore she was part realtor and part psychologist. Every time a curve ball came our way, she addressed the problem head on and always came up with solutions. Her never-ending patience, mastery of the real estate processes, deep understanding of local dynamics, ability to relate to people, and her never give up attitude was amazing to watch. She is extremely personable and has many clients but makes you feel like you're her only client. Nina is incredibly responsive and manages expectations very well, which is helpful in a process that has many steps and takes time to get through.
