We bought a second home in Alpine Lake, WV in July 2023 and started working with Bilt in October. I would give them 6 stars if it was an option. Tim and Beau have been fantastic through our entire renovation of 3 decks, a kitchen remodel and an entire basement remodel with bathroom and wet bar. We incorporated so many ideas they gave us which made the end project even better. Their crews work tirelessly and quality is outstanding. In one instance where the quality didn’t meet expectations, they addressed it immediately and without question or additional costs. This showed us that their standards are extremely high and stand by their work. At times the scope of the work was larger than we expected, the additional costs was very reasonable. So nice to know that any home projects we have in the future, we will just have 1 number to call. You would be crazy to look elsewhere for another contractor.

I highly recommend Bilt Construction. Bilt did a roof for my family. They were absolutely amazing to work with. I have absolutely no knowledge of roofs by any means but Tim and his team made me feel like a professional by the end of the job. I was stressing because my husband was out of the country. Tyler walked me through everything and helped me pick the most perfect color. Tim and Tyler even answered all the obnoxious questions I had not knowing anything about roofs. The mission was successful and I was able to get the roof done before my husband came home because of Bilt. I will forever be grateful for Bilt. Needless to say I found my company and will be using them for anything we need done. If I could give them more than 5 stars 🌟 I would.

Wonderful company. They came out quickly for the quote, got us scheduled quickly and finished the work quickly. The roof and bathroom ceiling looks better than when we bought the house. We will definitely be using this company again.

I can’t share anything with respect to their quality of work only their lack of response. I called on July 2nd and spoke to Beau about a bathroom remodeling. He told me he would get back to me early the next week due to the holiday. I never heard from him. I called again on July 25th and spoke to another gentleman there. I explained that I had called at the beginning of July, and spoke to Beau but had not heard from him. I also told him we would need some roof work done. He assured me he would get the message over to Beau. That was four days ago and I’ve yet to hear from him. I think this might be a good indicator of what it would be like to work with them. Needless to say, I’ve moved on to someone else.
