I never take time out of my day to write lengthy reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others about this place.

A couple of weeks ago, Vie Towers made headlines due to a lack of electricity and water. And, as usual, they were in no rush to fix it—just like every other time something has gone wrong. The only reason they finally did something in a timely fashion was because students came together and got the press involved.

This isn’t new for Vie Towers. Last summer, the air conditioning was out for weeks, and they simply didn’t care.

This morning, I woke up ready to meet with my telehealth clients—only to find the WiFi completely down.

And these are just the maintenance issues. Some of the staff members are nice and helpful, but others? They talk to students like we’re beneath them just because this is student housing.

I’ve lived here for two years. Take my advice: DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is hell!!!!! Avoid it at all cost!!!!

I wasn’t too excited after checking out the website—it felt pretty basic and didn’t really sell me. After the tour with Shakaya, my whole perspective changed! She was knowledgeable, kind, and really took the time to show everything. I really loved the gym and the model apartment.

After the tour, we met Ms. Ranesha, and she was just as warm and welcoming. Shakaya and Ms. Ranesha made me feel like if I lived here, I’d be well taken care of. The location is also super convenient, which is a big plus. Overall, a great experience.

If you have a car and want to keep it DO NOT STAY HEREE!!! My first month someone tried to break in my car. I recently came back from spring break and my car was gone. Also for the amount of money you could get something way better and aesthetically pleasing.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Towers! The building is well maintained with great amenities like the fitness center and the rooftop views. The staff is friendly and welcoming, plus the location is perfect. Highly recommend!

My organization held a Friendsgiving in the lounge area this past weekend, and it was lovely! The staff was amiable, and the location was clean for the most part! We will definitely be reaching out again in the future to use this space!
