I did a tour and the apartments were great. The individual apartment checked off every box that I had which was the first out of all the apartments I toured. applied to these apartments and was truly thankful for Brittney. She answered every question I had and helped me with whatever I needed through the process. She had such a great personality and impecabke customer service. I was happy about moving but even more excited because she made me feel like 3350 at Alterra is a great place to call home.

I made a weekend trip to area to look at possible apartments and came across this property. I was able to book a last minute visit and they were very accommodationing. Veronica walked me through the entire process and showed me a few apartments. I was very happy that she took care of me and ensured I was well equipped to make a educated decision. She was outstanding and I look forward to seeing her again whenever I make a decision!!!

Last week, I decided to visit the 3350 at Alterra complex without an appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Veronica, who introduced me to Brittany to handle the necessary paperwork before starting the tour.

Veronica's attention went above and beyond. During the tour, I noticed how residents warmly greeted her, which speaks volumes about the community atmosphere of the place. Veronica was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary explanations about the facilities and services, always with a smile and a level of honesty that is much appreciated in these processes.

At the end of the tour, Veronica asked if I had any other questions, to which I couldn't resist expressing my complete satisfaction: “Can I give 6 stars instead of 5? Is that allowed? She deserves 6 stars!”

I highly recommend visiting 3350 at Alterra if you're looking for a place with excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Veronica for making this visit a memorable experience!

Ok, so I moved out. I would like to say that that was one of the most stressful processes I've ever experienced in my life. Just received my final statement and guess what, I'm being charged for things they have to replace after every tenant.. crazy right? WHY $80 to replace literally ONE blind? Save yourself. It's a scam.

I don't mind paying for anything if the value matches the price. In this case, The Alterra fell short, significantly. Nice look on the outside, nightmare inside. Appliances always broken, garage door never working, guests getting towed from the guest spots (eventually I stopped having guests at all because they literally change the rule like every month), stolen packages and rouge mailmen (yes, I have a story. Never in my life did I ever experience anything like it. He illegally withheld my mail for WEEKS), broken elevators (you'd be lucky if 1 out of the 4 works), broken/missing gym equipment, and most important, the staff is TRASH.

I think it would be more bearable if they had staff who actually cared. They're nice.... until they're not but if you're assertive enough and call the right people, they'll correct their mistakes... but why must I have to do all of that to get done right? I don't understand but I had no problem calling Ms. Jasmine at Grady to get their manager, Amira, right and even she admitted there's a serious problem there. They're quick to call you and blow you up if they need something but VERY slow to respond..

Currently, disputing charges while sipping wine in my new place as I type this, it's amazing to be rid of them..

Juwan asked me where I'm moving and I literally said " Anywhere but here" and I meant that. Stay far far far away!!

Photos included: My dustpan FULL of roaches, each time I swept my nice, clean floor, additional random roaches I had to kill literally everyday, my maintenance man drilling a hole in m y door because I came home one day and my fob just didn't let me in (took them over an hour to get to me btw), the leak that took a week to fix (yes, the hallway looked like that for a week) and more roachesssss. Enjoy 🙂

Now you go look at the price and tell me if it's worth it. Tuh. Choose wisely.

P.S. The roaches took over a year to appear, they changed their trash system to valet trash after my first full year and that's what messed it up. Before, roaches would accumulate in the trash room but since they brought the trash to the hallways, roaches started to appear in my house due to my disgusting neighbors.

1st review: Roaches, careless staff, overworked maintenance MAN (yes, I said one man for over 400 units), random charges, broken EVERYTHING…. Literally… it’s sad and miserable.

I’ve been here for over 2 years and have been counting down the days until I move and never look back….

I’m out of here in 3 weeks and will leave a thorough review when I leave but for now, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Listen to the reviews and head the warnings. This place is NOT worth the money. NFS.

This is a review of the tour I took with Brittany. She is amazing 👏🏾, answered all of my questions and took her time with the tour! She stopped at each amenity and broke down the times, if doors needed to be open with key for. She truly is amazing! If you tour this complex ask for Brittany!

I have been in this facility for 5 years. Visiting the leasing office frequently. Nice warm reception and receptionists. The big deal is Veronicas minor. She’s got divine energy and charm with an awesome fairy-like sublimity. She makes you feel like you’re a brother and friend rather than the tenant you really are. Meet her and you’ll feel like you’re moving in right away. I pray the facility will be able to keep such an asset. She’s the BUM.
