A few years ago, I would have probably given them 4 stars, but now there is no way I could do that. They will tell you that it is an smoke free building, but when you have an issue about it, nothing gets done. They want you to be a detective and track which apartment is it when nobody should be smoking period. Also, since we started paying for water, it has been a nightmare. I am paying more water than what my parents pay in a house, and I only have two sinks and a shower. So please be aware to add an extra 100 or plus to your monthly rent . The only good thing i could probably say is that the maintenance person is great, and if it takes him some time to get to you is because he is the only person in charge of the whole complex.

I applied her and put a deposit on a specific apartment, i found a better apartment later. They said they would refund me however they never did. So beware.

Moved in 4/24. Mike has been extremely helpful and professional. Couldn't ask for a better leasing agent. Thanks so much for everything including the extra time you spent with me. Love the community. Wish you nothing but the Blessings and the best in all your endeavors!

Since the arrival of Rosa Lizanne, my experience has changed tremendously. She does the best that she can to improve the upkeep of the building and meeting the residents needs. As far as my personal experience she cares and she is respectful.

Thank you Gates and hudson for Hyattsville house new assistant manager Rosa, in the 6 years I have been at HH, Rosa is the first office assistant manager that I consider, professional, warm and easy to speak to, she offers great options and suggestions, as a tenant I respect her and I certainly hope Rosa stays on site for a long time. Thank you again, Rosa is a great property manager.

Management is really accomodating and helpful, I recently moved out but I enjoyed the time I lived there, neighbors were friendly and inviting. I really enjoyed the little building get togethers we would have in the picnic area felt like a community. Although I had to relocate for work I would have stayed if not for that reason. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and family oriented plus it's walking distance from the metro and shopping mall which was a big plus.

Each time I've made a visit. Staff has been accommodating. A pleasant atmosphere in a safe quiet environment. Adequate parking with upkeeping of grounds.
