I want to start by saying Jocelyn is a 100% the reason I moved into this property! From day one she made sure she was available, responsive and efficient. Moving can sometimes be a daunting experience but she made this process not only seamless but enjoyable. I had peace of mind knowing she was on top of everything regarding my moving in process. If Jocelyn’s exceptional service is a representation of what I can expect living here, then I absolutely made the right decision.

I would like to acknowledge Crystal and Jocelyn for the application process. They helped me get everything done almost virtually because I was in FL at the time. Maintenace responds pretty fast as well. My main cons are the parking and guest accessing the building. Parking is $75 per car (every month). Visitors parking is only in the garage where you will need to get a pass (good for maximum a week). You will need to be in the vehicle with them to open all the gates leading up to the visitor's floor. I have a unit that has side street parking right outside my back door. I can't park there because it's the townhouses parking that's slightly further down the street. So, it's like you can't have a family gathering because of the terrible parking regulations in that area.

Then you will need to go get your visitors from outside because you need a key fob to access the lobby and apartments. They cannot dial(ring) your unit for you to beep them in. You have to go get them. The surrounding shops and environment are all nice, however I may not stay long because of the parking, with me having a lot of friends and family in the area. They all fear their car getting towed. Which has already happened once. If parking was better this would be an ideal place. Or at least from what I have experienced so far. Other nuisances are more minor than the main two that I noted above.

We recently moved from New York to MD for a work opportunity. We didn’t get a chance to view our apartment in person ahead of time before we made the move. Crystal made the move easy and efficient for us. She sent us videos of the apartment and replied all our questions through email and over the phone. She made moving across states a little less stressful. The apartment looked exactly as pictured. Thank you to the family at the arts district.

I need to take the time to appreciate and give kudos to Leasing Agent, Jocelyn Fuentes! From the start of my boyfriend and I's interest in the property she was always knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We specifically ran into an administrative issue about two weeks before our move-in date and I was in shambles and flustered. Jocelyn took it upon herself to rectify the issue by inviting us to the property to discuss a resolution to the problem. Jocelyn answered all of our questions and worked closely with us and the property manager to fix the issue and make sure that we were comfortable with moving into our new home. When it came time for us to receive our keys, she surprised us with cute coffee mugs with our initials on it with chocolates inside that she sat on our countertop! Talk about above and beyond! Jocelyn's professionalism, welcoming attitude and beautiful personality sold my boyfriend and myself on moving into the building.

We've lived here now for a little over a month and we have nothing but good things to say. Loving our new apartment home at Palette.

If I could give Daniel the maintenance man 1000+ stars I would! I really hope he is not being over worked. He is the ONLY maintenance person that comes to assist with my apartment when things are needed to be fixed. He always comes back in a timely manner if he needs to grab something real fast! In fact he carried a new fridge by himself will no help! The supervisor that they have here doesn't really do anything in my opinion. However, I really appreciate Daniel. He is soooo helpful, so respectful, and literally does the job everytime he comes to assist me in my apartment. He is truly a gem and needs a vacation and raise!
Thank you so much Daniel for all of your hard work! It definitely doesn't go unnoticed and we appreciate you so much! Keep being the best maintenance man they have here! Please take care of him! Literally works so hard! & does his job well.

I toured the Palette at Arts District with Jay (agent). He was knowledgeable about the building, funny and friendly. (We have a whole conversation about passports😊.) I didn’t feel rushed, or like he had something better to do. It felt like I was visiting a friend for a tour. The building was clean and well maintained. The trash area is in the garage on every floor, which I love, they also have valet trash serviced. The lounge/common areas where cute and look like place I would like to hangout. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the area for miles. In the spring - fall in will be gorgeous views of the trees for as far as your eyes can see. The apartment was beautiful, the streets below are quiet. Spacious living area bedrooms, kitchen cabinets were cute with a lot of space for storage. Jay also gave me a recommendation on where to eat after the tour, thanks. Everyone in the leasing/staff office was nice and kind.
