I cannot speak highly enough of Patrick and Integrity Engineering. I called this company after years of attempting to find a solution for a severe creaking issue in the roof/upper siding of my new construction home. We contacted our builder and hired multiple individuals from roofing to siding companies, none of which could identify the true problem, so money was wasted, and our house continued to creak on windy days.

I left a voicemail for Patrick and immediately received a return call. He was upfront and told me that his booked schedule would not allow him to complete the work, but he knew the solution to our problem. He spent at least 30 minutes with me on the phone, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and even followed up with a text and photo. He even stopped by our house to assess the issue and confirm that his proposed solution was correct.

He did all of this for me and didn't charge a cent. I can't think of another company in this day and age that would provide such a high level of service and very few business owners who would take their time to help someone in this way.

Based on Patrick's expert recommendation, we were able to hire a local contractor to complete the work, and after 7 years, the creaking problem is fixed. Patrick was a God-send and certainly works with integrity - his company is aptly named!
