After making the decision to sell my home and relocate south, I googled realtors with a 5 star rating and Tabitha’s name came up, so after reading the reviews about her I reached out and she was about business from day one. She called and we scheduled a time for her to come to my home to discuss working together. She was punctual, friendly and prepared. Once agreed to be my realtor she walked me through how to prepare my home to attract buyers, had brochures and pictures taken and always communicated next steps. After my home went on the market I received an offer after a few days and after accepting the offer, the process of selling began. My house sold in less than 30 days of going on the market, and she also provided moving boxes for me. Tabitha was able to handle such a huge amount for is us in such little time. After 3 years of a complicated situation we made the very hard decision to sell our home. We were more than prepared to rent for a year or so. Tabitha immediately suggested taking another look at the situation overall first. Our home was sold as a short sale in record time (just over 2 months during the Thanksgiving and Holiday season) with very little stress or impact on us.
