Michelle is fantastic! Upon contacting her with the potential to list our home, she made an appointment to come out and walk through the home with us and presented ideas on what minor maintenance and cosmetic work we could do to help show the property. Once ready to list, Michelle coordinated staging as well as professional photography. The listing looked far and away better than other properties listed in our area and the results were incredible - many homes in our area are selling after 30-45 days on the market, we had two offers competing with each other within 48 hours! I cannot thank Michelle enough for all of the hard work and time she put into the sale of this home. The unexpected covid-19 issues, the relentless searches and the number of properties that she has taken the time to show us and never once complained. I will never use another agent other than Michelle. I also want to say that she took the time to listen and understand our family's needs and this alone was tough as I have family with a recent diagnosis of dementia. This complicated the home search as we needed very specific floor plans. You have a true gem on your team and we are forever grateful.

We found Michelle when trying to move into the Southern Maryland area, and she let us drag her all over on the weekend we flew out to scope out the area. She helped us find another rental a couple years later and then 4 more years later she helped us buy our first home. She goes above and beyond to make sure we get our questions answered and the right inspections and everything that we are due, and we definitely could not have done it without her.
