I have sold many homes in new construction communities, but I had to follow up with the sales rep many times. Now that I have completed several transactions with Stanley Martin Homes and Tashia Mack as the Sales Manager I no longer have to follow up like I had to in the past. She is a true blessing and a professional and most of all a pleasure to work with. She will take care of the client and the realtor. I highly recommend purchasing from Stanley Martin homes in Waldorf. All of my clients are also happy with their homes and the service that they have received, they were never pressured or manipulated to purchase to purchase added items on the home that did not add value to their homes.

My family is purchasing a new Stanley Martin home in North Hills and the neighborhood sales agent, Tashia Mack-Moye, has made it a wonderful, stress-free experience. Her welcoming smile, pleasant attitude, and top-notch customer service were huge reasons why we decided to purchase with Stanley Martin, besides the absolutely beautiful Lexington model home! She always provides timely, thorough, and accurate answers to all of our questions (and we have a lot of them), and we can always count on the info she provides and make our decisions accordingly...which is priceless in a new home buying process! Great experience! We love the home and the neighborhood. Construction is still ongoing within the estimated timeframe that we were quoted. The sales Manager (Deonna Tripline), and the Construction Manager (Brian Jordan) are very attentive and receptive to our needs in the building process. We were amazed and happy with the type and number of addons they have added for our home. We are informed of the next steps during pre-con and pre-drywall installation meetings. Stanley Martin is incomparable and truly unique in their approach to building - creating homes, not just houses - and taking pride in what they deliver.

My home buying experience with the North Hills Team of Stanley Martin has been wonderful thus far. Tashia Mack-Moye and Joe Guarity have especially made this process very easy. Tashia has been very responsive to the hundreds of questions that my wife and I have had; usually responding to us within an hour or two. Also, Tashia has been extremely professional and has displayed exemplary customer service throughout this process. Joe is overseeing the construction of my home and has made us feel confident that the final product will totally exceed our expectations. I visited North Hills for the first time 08/10/2019 and loved everything about the Lexington model. Anwar and Tashia was very knowledgeable about the different models and answered all my questions. What I liked most about my visit was I didn't feel pressured, meaning there wasn't a used car salesman mentality what's so ever. I toured the model at my leisure and was encouraged to take my time. I received a followup call the next day asking if I had come up with any additional questions that he could assist with. I was offered an appointment to come back to sit down and go over options and pricing to assist in my decision.

We were there yesterday, our appointment was June 13, 2020 at 1:30Pm at North Hills, Waldorf. The Property Manager never even greeted us. She just looked at us and we manage to tour inside the house by ourselves. We don't feel welcome at all. When we got questions, she answered it like always close ended. She never explain anything. It seems like she doesn't wanna talk to us and it feels like we are such a disturbance on whatever she's doing on her laptop. She is not accommodating and I think she doesn't care if she sell a house or not. 2 other families walk out, too. We didn't get her name as she didn't really welcomed us. To be honest, house is very nice and spacious, well designed and good location, however, unprofessional service leads us to look for some other property. We ended up buying at Ryan Homes, Property Manager there explains everything.

I've dealt with many sales reps at new construction homesites and I have yet to come across anyone as professional and responsive as Tashia Mack-Moye. I've had tons of questions, concerns, changes and she has never made me or my husband feel as though we were bothering her or asking too many questions. Her response time is prompt and she has just been amazing during this process. Not only her but Joe Guarity as well. Our home is still in the process of being built but we have had an awesome experience thus far!
