The community is coming along nicely. Nice common areas and I do believe they (they being Stanley Martin or HOA) listen when concerns are brought up by residents or future residents. I love the different townhome models, giving variety for singles or families. Additionally, I see the Louisas are getting some wooded lot options. The community and homes are a good start- Affordable ( for the DC metro area) and still convenient without forgoing quality. Thankfully it’s been quiet living here, and I’ve found it to be convenient - local fresh food market, gyms, Costco, John Hopkins satellite facility in Brandywine etc. I’m optimistic about the future of this area and community.

Had such a pleasant experience meeting with Dwayne. He was very professional, took his time to answer my questions, and show me the different models in the community.

Also, gave his personal take on Brandywine, which helped me weigh some factors I had not previously considered.
If the only factor to consider in the home buying process is the Sales Manager, Dwayne, then I would choose this community 100x! I’m big on customer service, so job well done 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

We were brought here by our realtor and met Kelly and Natalie. They were both extremely helpful and Kelly gave us great advice and took the time to educate us as first time homebuyers, which we really appreciated. Between Kelly and her sales team and the construction manager Jim and his team, our experience with Stanley Martin has been wonderful. We closed just over a week ago and the outstanding service continues. Highly recommend this community.

Awesome homes are being offered in Brandywine. Keep in mind they are still building and will be for a while. But the end result will come. Take a look and decide for yoyrself.

Never been more disrespected in my life .First 2 visits awful, was told the key to the house not available and to come back and then when I came back I was told to hurry cause the manager had to go home . Then when I came in on open house Saturday the sales rep was like there he go again as if I was just there to waist their time. I told her that I came in cause it shows that you have open house and my realtor was meeting me there to show me the place I wanted to see. Was told no that’s not how it work even tho it shows open house that’s only for the model home. Not the same experience I got in Upper Marlboro from Ron who is an excellent manager and took his time to walk me through everything I needed to know about the house and the community
