I purchased my home a little over two years ago, and I am very happy with my purchase. I love the 55+ neighborhood . Ken was the project manager and was excellent. He took care of everything. We have all the amenities needed. Great place to live.

Nice showroom, elegance for design, upgrades makes it more expensive. Not enough single units, HOA,one way in and one way out. Only two bedroom units available, can not request 3 bedroom.

I'm excited about the upcoming construction of my home, the Waverly. The neighborhood is beautiful that includes the surrounding neighborhood of older single family homes. I can't wait to move in!

Too many houses trees are wipe out no greenery, cute houses but you see one and you seen them all.
How about a park where elderly can enjoy do same gardening kids can run and people can breath
