Ryan and his team deserve 10 stars!
Buying a house is stressful enough, but doing it remotely, from across the country seemed like an impossible challenge. Ryan went above and beyond to find us our perfect dream home. Ryan’s professionalism, knowledge of the market, and attention to detail were key to our successful sale. Ryan was always available and provided multiple FaceTime tours, detailed walk throughs and honest feedback. He made sure we were confident in every decision, despite the distance. Ryan helped me sell my fathers home in Delmar Maryland after he passed. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ryan is very professional and he has an impressive amount of knowledge and experience, but he’s also personable. We got to know one another throughout the process and I can’t say enough good things about him. His staff is much of the same, especially Mary Strayer, who was extremely supportive. This Fall we recently closed on our new home in Ocean Pines. Ryan and his Team were all that you could ask for, from a realty group. They were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My in-laws decided to use "Ryan Haley" when selling their condo at the beach in Ocean City. I use quotes around his name because, once they signed the agreement... they never heard from Ryan again. Sure, you can expect he has assistants - someone at his level is expected to be busy enough that he needs a little help here & there. He certainly has enough time to record videos of himself for social media, that's for sure. The man loves to hear himself talk. But my in-laws never heard a word from him directly, not even a text or email, after they signed that agreement. It's clear all he cares about is getting the credit - without having to do any of the work. We opted to use another of the area's top agents when purchasing a home in Rehoboth, and I admit I was weary they'd get the same treatment from someone who produces at the same level. I'll be fair & not mention that realtor's name, but he was excellent & minus a couple times when his assistant jumped in to answer a question while the agent was at a showing or a settlement, this particular agent did ALL the communicating. He was far more sincere & it showed that he truly cared about my in-laws & their experience - it wasn't just about the credit or the money for him - he is clearly passionate about what he does & it shows. Much more of a class act than Ryan, who is about as genuine as tea made from a bit of paper. I was going to give this review 1 star, but the people at Ryan Haley's office who DID actually participate in the sale of our condo... they were great. They deserve to work for someone who will actually give them credit for all the work they did. When you look at my in-laws condo in the MLS, Ryan took all the credit when another agent is the one who did all the work. Ryan just handed my in-laws a pen to sign the contract. That speaks volumes.

This team has the best communication and responsiveness! We were purchasing an Ocean City Maryland condo sight-unseen, as we live in VA, and I had reached out to Haley's team to assist us as I had seen them list a property previously in the complex we were focused on. They got back to me right away, assigned Realtor - Steven Diaz who went over & performed a video walk through for us. Steven represented all are requests in the sales contract and got us an amazing deal on the property. He also provided us a recommendation for a contractor he knew who ended up doing an absolute superb job on our renovations. Being 3.5 hours away could've made this process stressful & difficult but Steven's experience & guidance made the entire sales transaction smooth & practically effortless!
