Smart renovation, excellent reuse, fantastic location and a win-win for everyone including Maryland. Only wish there were more upper scale condos with great Chesapeake Bay views. Clean reuse will help protect our beautiful bay. Outstanding location, location, location!

Went to the wrong location first there was a lady name lisa very very helpful and polite, came to the scale house there was a young girl with glasses dosent know how to talk to people , rude, she was beaing very very disrespectful to drivers. Me and 2 other truck drivers just decided to leave.

It’s great working down here in this area. Driving to walk one morning got two flat tires from one pot hole across from fed x warehouse talked to couple people that work for tradepoint, didn’t get reimbursed for the flat but they didn’t talked to me crazy professional staff, thank y’all for that

If you're looking for trade point terminals east,this isn't it,but it's not far. For some reason it doesn't show up on Google maps,it's 1350 wharf Rd(I believe) Find your way to wharf Rd,take the exit for North point Blvd and turn on to wharf Rd. Keep heading south and the road will run right into the gate. When you leave the gate,if directed to scale in,go over the little bridge and keep going straight.( The reason for my 3 star review is due to security telling me to take the first right and me wasting 35 minutes looking for the scale,not finding it,and finally getting help from somebody on where to go)

Doing a great job remediating legacy pollution. Keep the surrounding neighborhoods informed. Thousands of jobs as well as partnerships with community colleges and housing. The 2018 attitude towards community relations while others are stuck in 1950.
