Great experience . Amber was a great agent who took the time to explain all steps to me and made sure I was aware of what was going on at all times either thru weekly reports or texts. They unlocked my gate and trespassed on my porch twice.

Once they took a couch out of a house dumped it on my porch without my permission so the house could show better, knowing I had a broken arm and couldn't move it. Costing time and money.

Finally they put a letter on the windshield wiper washer nozzle of my truck which was legally parked in an open spot. When the last snowstorm came, it froze and broke the nozzle which had to be replaced costing time and money.

Great experience . I stopped looking because there wasn’t much inventory. Amber and her group didn’t. She found my current home and sent me a link, explaining that she felt I might be interested. She had me in as one of the first potential buyers, and we made an offer the following day which was accepted. Easy as could be!

We interviewed 4 selling agents and chose Amber Durand for three reasons:

1) she demonstrated a huge wealth of knowledge about houses and procedures, and gave us an honest critique and lots of advice;
2) she understood that pricing wasn't just a formula based on square footage, acreage, and appliances -- she recognized that properties have unique qualities that will appeal to some buyers;
3) she thought that the house would sell for much more than the other three agents predicted.

Turns out she was right, we listed at her recommended price and got two offers at listing price within the first week. And not by a small amount either -- her listing price was 10% higher than the other agents suggested.

Amber was a joy to work with and we always had complete trust in her judgment.
