As the POA for another family member, I reached out to Jessica, who assisted me with selling this home. The team came out and did a great job staging the house. The house was only on the market for a short time and sold right at the asking price.

I would also like to thank Darby Shumway, who is a big part of the team. She made the paperwork/closing portion easy, and as I said before, it was seamless.

After moving to Maryland and having felt so overwhelmed and bummed out by the countless options for renting I had previously seen. I felt so poorly equipped to find a suitable place to live. Then after requesting to view an apartment from the fort Meade homes website and having spoken with Laura she quickly made all worries subside.

Not only did she help me build out a curated search but she ensured me that they would find a place best for me and not just try and get me into somewhere just so they could get a cut. I actually felt like they put me first.

Jessica was the agent who went around with me setting up viewings and taking in all of my input to find me the best place. For the first time since moving here I felt like they actually took care of me. Once I found a place I wanted to pursue, Jessica ensured that the lease was also not going to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge renting.

If I could give a half star I would, but Google does not allow it. Jessica Hood was the Seller's agent for a recent home purchase we completed in Crownsville, MD. Thus we were the buyers. I have never worked with someone in real estate who was so unprofessional, unresponsive, blatantly lied and was just all around difficult to work with. It was such a tumultuous transaction because of her for our lender, our title company and us, we all questioned if we'd make it to closing. Here she was the day of closing only then starting to coordinate with our Realtor RE the required repairs for settlement. So much for the walk through the day before. It is always great when you show up at the closing table to learn there are two utility boxes for the property. She only informed our Realtor of one which we placed in our name. If you want to say it was her clients responsibility, I'd argue that point. If your realtor doesn't know everything about the parcel she is selling for you, then I'd say she is incompetent and hasn't done a thorough job .

We were moving into Maryland from Florida and needed to find a suitable rental. We were lucky enough to come across the Roskelly team and were able to work with Renee. We had a few specific needs and Renee was a great asset in helping us find what we were looking for. We had the challenge of renting a place without seeing any of the available homes in person. Renee was very accommodating and went out of her way to get showings and provide us with video walk thru's of every place we asked her to. She went above and beyond once we found a place that we liked. She made extra trips to ensure it fit our needs.
