My wife and I moved in a month ago. Our condo is incredible and any (small) issues we had have been handled by KHOV in a quick manner. The views of the Chester River are amazing and the walking/ biking paths as well as all the other numerous amenities are fantastic. The people living here have all been so friendly and helpful. So Many things to do. Our sales rep, Pam M., was outstanding throughout the whole process, very responsive to any questions we had and kept us informed throughout the construction process with weekly pictures and updates. She made the whole process enjoyable and exciting.
We are still new to the community, but my wife often says "Pinch me, is this really real, I can't believe we live here"

We moved into our single-family home in early July. Despite some minor delays with our construction timeline, we are now happily settled! So far, both the home and community have exceeded our expectations. We have been thoroughly enjoying the community amenities, especially the pool, the walking and biking trails, and the many clubs and classes offered. The neighbors we have met have so far have been welcoming and friendly. We feel fortunate to be part of this community and are looking forward to learning more about it and all this area has to offer.

I grew up in the country around family and never thought of moving to a 55+ community, but was led to Four Seasons at Kent Island. Upon arrival Rebekka kindly greeted me and showed me the single family model homes. Although they were ‘very’ nice, but too big for me as a single person. When we returned to the sales office she introduced me to Dylan and to my surprise they had condominiums too.
Wow! Exactly the right size for me with a guest suite. I was sold!!! With Dylan’s expertise and knowledge of this massive KHOV project, I was convinced that this was where I wanted to live. I sold my home and watched KHOV build the condominium. Dylan was constant throughout the process, the best sales agent ever. After moving in, when there was an issue KHOV took care of it. The clubhouse is absolutely beautiful! Community manager Amanda and Erin have assisted me with the amenities and there are many activities for all to enjoy. Not only do I have a sunset view of the Chester River, there’s a water fountain in front of my balcony. This is indeed a resort-style community! I have met so many wonderful people and made new friends. I thank God for leading me to such a beautiful part of His creation.

Just moved into our condo here in mid-June. This place is fabulous. We discovered this new community last fall while looking for a place to relocate to on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The condos are fabulous. We bought a 2 bedroom 2004 square feet ground floor condo that has a view of the Chester River. Our condo has a 1 car garage and its own storage room. But the most exciting thing about this community are the amenities. There is a huge club house with a game room, gym, event rooms with large screen TVs, indoor pool, outdoor pool, pickle ball courts, dog parks, beach with fire pits, propane gas lightable fire pitts and much more. This is a mostly 55 and over community with condos and houses available to purchase. The views of the Chester River are fantastic and this place has turned out to be everything we ever wanted.

Alyssa T., our sales rep, kept us informed on the progress of our home on a regular basis via text and email which included photos. She responded immediately to any questions we had. The time line she laid out was spot on. The community is beautiful. The amenities and hike/bike trails are magnificent. KHov and Mike E. have been very responsive to our requests for minor, cosmetic touch ups.

My wife and I moved into our 2004 square foot condo on the first floor on May 24. We have a beautiful view of the Chester River. The buying process,with the help from Pam in the sales office, was seamless. We love how Pam shared weekly updates of our building construction along with pictures. We have met so many nice people during our short time residing here and have enjoyed all of the amenities. This is a great place to live if you are interested in social activities.

We moved to Four Seasons in June and our experience throughout the purchase and move has been very positive. Alyssa, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable, honest and was unbelievable at keeping us informed. She contacted us regularly while the home was being built and kept us very informed as to its progress. We never felt forgotten after we signed the contract. The house, under the stewardship of Tommie our building supervisor, turned out perfect. Tommie was a perfectionist and definitely a man of integrity. The finished project more than met our expectation. The community amenities and all of the residents we have met thus far have been fantastic. I would definitely recommend this unmatched community.

I've been fortunate to have stayed in 5 Star Resorts and have lived in active adult communities in Southern California and Arizona. But the Khovnanian 4 Seasons community on Kent Island is incredible.
Yes it has all the amenities you could want, a number of beautiful homes and floor plans and one of the most outstanding clubhouses you will find anywhere. The architecture and the surrounding grounds are an ever-changing sight of nature , wildlife and natural surroundings.

But it's also about the people. The community welcomes you with a diverse group that always invites you to participate. The Customer Service team led by Mike Luciano is very responsive and takes responsibility for service issues.

But you have to have a thoughtful Sales Consultant and I had the best in Alyssa Tarsa. She was sincerely interested in finding the best home for my lifestyle and also directed me to a home site that was perfectly suited to my needs.

You won't be disappointed living here; I just wish I was younger so I could enjoy it longer.
