Beth Ostrander is the best real estate agent that I have heard of or can imagine. To me, selling a house can be a very daunting proposition. To accomplish a move correctly with optimal results is a large effort with many steps to hurdle between deciding to sell and final closing. I don't know how we could have achieved it without Beth's knowledge and guidance. There were many people involved in our move from getting an inspection, getting issues addressed as needed by structural engineer, plumber, electrician, HVAC, painters. Beth was a great help to recommend reliable contractors to perform all tasks at a reasonable cost.

Since we are 75, we also needed help sifting through all of our accumulated stuff and route it to an auctioneer, charity, trash or temporary storage. Again, Beth had resources to recommend to help us for all of the tasks. I cannot imagine how we could have muddled through the move without her.

When we finally ready to sell, Beth's keen knowledge of the market helped us set a great asking price for today's market and the house sold very quickly. Offers were submitted within a day or two.
