While I was figuring out what I wanted in a home as a first time homebuyer, Tina patiently spent several weekends with me looking at many homes and giving me realistic advice. She took the time to learn my personality and needs to help me choose a home and talked me through the specific pros and cons as we toured each house. Tina has a wealth of knowledge of houses structurally and a strong network of the people you’ll need throughout the process (inspectors, locksmiths etc.) and after you close.
