I was surprised when I used the online service request, that I had received an email reply rather quickly. We were able to set up a septic tank cleaning service and communicate through email. It was super easy and convenient for me. On the day of the appointment they arrived on time and got right to work. Professional and friendly, most importantly did a great job and had us "Back in Business" in no time. We talked about adding a service riser hatch to the top of the tank. It was something I thought about a while ago. The price was quoted was fair and we set up another appointment to install the riser. Sure enough they arrived on time and got right to work. I'm really happy with the price, quality work done and the way I was able to communicate with them.

100% recommend this company. While in the process of buying a foreclosure, we realized we had some septic issues. I called Shore Septic and spoke with Chris. He fit us into their schedule so quickly and came out to inspect the issue at no charge to give us an estimate. After purchasing the home we scheduled some repairs and are more than pleased with their performance. These guys are HONEST and don’t try to take advantage of you like some companies will. Rachel and the whole team at Shore Septic deliver top flight customer service.

We own a vacation rental in St. Michaels and during a routine service they spotted a potentially major issue. They were able to come out and promptly fix the issue. They ended up not charging us for the fix as it was less involved than initially thought.

I always am leery having work done on the house when I'm not present, but I totally trust SS. Furthermore, Rachel was able to work us in quickly, they showed up when they said and all fees were disclosed upfront.

I wish all the vendors I dealt with could take a customer service class from Rachel and her Shore Septic team.

If you want a company that does what they say, when they say they will do it, look no where else.

Khris and Shore Septic are top notch, professional, responsive and have fair pricing. We have hired them to replace our personal residential septic, replace our tank lid and pump our system. excellent and fast service by chad, digging out two lids off the septic and pumping it out, and then clearing the drains in the house where it had clogged at the sewage outlet to the tank. chad answered question i had, that helped me better understand the system and future maintenance. note: i had attempted to contact several other septic services over a period of ten days, trying to get this done. only shore septic finally responded, and communicated with me by text and email to keep me aware. i am deaf, so that was important to me. all the other companies could not be bothered to accommodate my needs. thanks, shore septic, and chad. you now have a loyal customer in me.
