My experience with Caldwell Banker Chesapeake real estate company was wonderful. The experience of buying a house was not but that was only due to the houses available the high prices and rates. I told Wes what I was looking for and it was hard to find it took us about 8 months. In the end we managed to get me exactly what I was looking for. Wes kept me well informed and up with the houses that were available to me the whole time. Katie was a big help as well. Wonderful to work with. I would recommend either Wes or Katie very highly. Not only are they thorough and good at their jobs, they truly care about helping you out.

House was completely refinished. Before settlement, power company said a passing inspection would be needed before switching power to my name. Realtor reassured me that power company was incompetent and to keep trying. After I move in, I discovered that the house was completely reworked with NO PERMITS. I called my realtor and he gave me the seller's contact information and wished me good luck. It took 1.5 months to get power/heat. I settled in February, so 3 days/week it reached low 30s.
