I live in one of their buildings in harbor point and I’ve had SO many issues here. The management company does the best they can but the building has had so many plumbing, water, and elevator issues that take SO long to fix. Also on Christmas Day the fire alarm from their new building has been going off for SO long. I literally have a headache ON CHRISTMAS DAY. This place needs to get it together because I pay so much money to live here and I am constantly dealing with issues. Thought it’d be better to rent an apartment vs buy a house because at least I wouldn’t have to deal with any repair issues myself but I have more issues that I could have imagined.
