Just moved in a few days ago, so many issues with apartment already. First off, when you turn on the water for the kitchen sink all of the water runs out unto the floor. I've put in a request 3 days ago called them today and it's just now being submitted as an emergency request.. opened the closet someone else's shoes In it and it's dirty. The balcony screen is torn up, there is rat droppings under the sink and in the counters and cabinets. On top of all of this I'm 8 months pregnant and really don't want the stress ! I can't clean my fruits and vegetables and I go into the portal and im already seeing a charge. I don't know what's happening here. My friends car was stolen off the lot, and he was parked in visitor parking. Which they are over charging for.

i have been living in this complex for a year. the toilet has an issue . i requested maintenance for all this time (7 times) . i went to the office and talked to two leasing people including the community manager Ms Monroe and Rene . i sent a video about the issue the last one was 18 days ago . it seems not there problem but they increase rent on january . some maintenace when they assigned the job they dont come to the unit and reported the job is done , some of them they come and leave with out doing the job . Management dont even care ! they dont follow up

I went to go view an apartment here yesterday and the woman who did my tour was super unpleasant and not helpful. I asked to see a 1Bed/ den. She told her co-worker she wasn’t walking all the way back there because she just came from there. Then she was arguing with costumer service when I got there about her food and she took her attitude out on a future resident. Anyway, the tour was awful because of her and it made me not even want to live there. I can only imagine what current residents go through

Living at Whitehall square is so crazy be here 2 year started happy dishwash went call it for 3 week nothing happen than my oven not working now it be 3 week now no one fix it yet have maintenance came in an call me tell me he fix it than said he about fall time to me never did it .than went to rent office tell me don't have no paper on that call en's but I have so ask knot something for rent going tell me not emergency cause you can used top stove , and dishwasher long you have water running not a emergency also put in ticket someone come fix it this so crazy don't like fix nothing but want you pay rent this is so crazy not fixing nothing so talk to lawyer to help me don't want to help we see what going do now

whitehall was the worst apartment I lived in always mice it didn’t matter how clean I kept my apartment & the parking was horrible!!!!!!!! leasing office was trash!!! I would be homeless 1st before I would go back to whitehall!!!

THIS IS 1 OF THE WORST APARTMENTS IN SUITLAND MD !!!!! Do NOT move here they have mice , roaches and infested with ants!! The women working in the leasing office are all rude they dont know what the hell they doing in that office and on top of that they dont know how to keep up with the books. You will receive letters saying you owe a balance when in reality you dont. Lets not get started on the poor conditions the apartments in . Mine had mold growing inside and also when I moved in the apartment it was very dirty like the cleaning people didn’t even bother. My move in transition was horrible! When I first asked for a tour I got there & of course they didnt have anything to show me so they showed me a video on youtube I couldve googled myself. I shouldve known then this complex was unprofessional

We are going on almost 2 years here next month October 21, 2022, it’s been a pleasant experience, of course the expenses have gone up,we’re thankful that the customer service is still excellent and encouraging.

I applied for a 3 bedroom apartment around August/September 2023… long story short. Nice apartment, spacious and clean. On the other hand. When it comes to the administration side, the lines got crossed. One administrative assistant informed me l would get a refund for my application considering the fact that housing would not approve my application, although Whitehall cover utilities with the exception of water housing did not consider this as all utilities included. I been going back and forth with the administration team for over a month concerning my refund. One assistant contacted me the same young lady who informed me that l would be refunded for my application fee reached out to me last week to inform me that she reached out to the department to get my refund and she didn’t know why l haven’t been refunded. Today another assistant contacted me to inform that since my credited has been ran.I will not get a refund. Whereas the other assistant whom l have been in contact with informed me that my application process will be stopped considering housing would not approve and before they pull my credit and l would be charged that she would stop the process for moving forward in order for me to be able to get my application refunded. Nevertheless, my credit was ran as a result l was not able to get my refund unfortunately. Not bashing the apartment complex,because they apartment’s are really nice. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Please get clarification from any assistance when they say they will stop the process and give you a refund make sure they are clear when they say they will stop the process. I was misled and under the impression which the assistant informed me she was going to stop the process knowing housing going to approve my application because all utilities were not included do l can get my refund. Instead my credit was ran anyway. Please make sure to get clarification from any property management companies when they mention they will stop the process and you will get a refund. I am not sure what happened from last week ti this week when the young lady said she reached out to the office concerning my refund and we were waiting for a refund, to today now I’m not getting a refund.Please be aware and make sure you get clarification and details if anyone finds themselves in a situation like this. Hopefully this will not help to anyone else. I just want to make No on ends in a situation like l have experienced.
