Our professional experience with the Kadida Development Group was unfortunate. They signed a contract for us to provide due diligence and site planning services for a potential new residential project they were pursuing. After a few months and providing all documents and deliverables they requested, they backed out of the prospective project and never paid any invoices. Please consider this a strong warning when encountering this company.

My business has had a terrible experience with Kadida Development Group. They hired us to provide architectural services with a signed contract. We completed the work to their satisfaction. They requested more design services and ultimately they backed out of the project. They have totally left us high and dry and have not paid us a dime for work we completed over a year and a half ago. Thomas Kadida has personally promised to pay us and has never carried through. I would be very cautious doing business with this group. They are very deceptive and cannot be trusted. Beware!!

I met the Kadida team and I have to say that I am impressed with the properties they are building. As a real estate professional, I get to see many properties and they ones built by KDG are up there. They pay close attention to detail, which is key in this business. Also, their energy and their enthusiasm tranfer to the home they built. KDG is without a doubt the best boutique developer in the district.
