Nick is a fantastic realtor! With his personal presentation, he made sure that we understood the process and the importance of house hunting before we went on our search; this presentation was helpful since we were first time home buyers. Nick was by our side through it all, with this market being highly competitive he assured we’d find the right home that best suits us and our needs. He was punctual about responding to any questions or concerns we had and made sure it was answered and even reworded it until we understood it. After two months of showings, we found our lucky gem, all of the patience paid off and we couldn’t have done it without the support of Nick by our side. He was able to get us our dream home that beat 21 other offers as well as negotiate the sales price lower than what we offered- we trusted him and the process and now we are closing on our first home that checks all of the boxes!
