Let me start off by saying my experience with Tribeca@Camp Springs has been nothing short of AMAZING!! From my initial phone call speaking with Jeff to visiting the property and meeting Ms. Ikia everyone was so warm and Welcoming, the property is kept absolutely immaculate, from the leasing office to the actual apartments is all beautiful. The staff here were able to answer all my questions and even lighten the load with my concerns (considering this is my first apartment). I could not be more pleased and excited to be moving here this month right before the holidays. Absolutely recommend and please ask for Jeff, Chanise and Ikia. Truly heaven sent!

I've been searching for the best apartment in terms of space, price, and overall management experience, and I’ve found it at Tribeca at Camp Springs. I had a wonderful experience, and I'Kia King was exceptional—helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the process. I'm excited to call this place home and highly recommend it!

Horrible !!! …. Absolutely a horrible place !! … the staff cares nothing … they don’t do any kind of work … they don’t even answer phones … when you have to go to rental office just to get any answers or address any concerns you are met with attitudes as if you shouldn’t come here for your concerns and questions… I’ve experienced a elevator which lead me to be stuck on the roof … in which case no answer from rental office because you can’t even call them because they have AI answering service… so I actually had to jump down to the upper level parking lot … which happens to be the same parking area where my car was stolen … the residents who park across from me had the rims stolen and car left on bricks and resident who parks a couple spaces from them window broken in an attempt to steal or theft but was thwarted as another resident happened to walk out to parking lot and see culprits who then noticed and ran their vehicle and left …. I’ve seen other cars on other levels either vandalized or rims stolen … The security gates to parking garage where broken when I moved in with promises that was being repaired… but were actually completely removed… majority of amenities are not working from fire pit .. to outside grills … to pool … to mediocre weight room …. security is here almost never … have had multiple false fire alarms (3) with in past 4 weeks .. might have random individuals just walking premises which may be a result of the lack of security and. property being next to metro station . This is my first ever review ….this is not what I do usually not a complainer … but for the money I’m paying to stay here and the service I receive.. feel robbed and disrespected… honestly… whole heartedly… stay away from this property until you hear a difference.. new property management company has just taken over and promise change with it’s door letters .. hopefully they will do better .. but I’m ready to go ASAP … we are looking for another place as I’m typing…

Wow
where do I start. Let’s start with the building. The building to me is just average. Half the time I have been here the doors haven’t worked correctly. Meaning the purpose of the fobs were useless. I don’t know any of my neighbors because I stay to myself. Sometimes it can be a little loud but nothing where I cant sleep. There definitely needs to be some updates to the hallways and the common area but again that doesn’t make or break me. I don’t use them. I have been here 6 months and at one point both elevators on my floor were out of order for 30 plus days, the first one is still out of order. ( they say there waiting in a piece. Most becoming from another country) I haven’t experienced any theft or violence issues but in my opinion that can happen anywhere. I’m very aware of my surroundings.

THE PROBLEM IS RODENTS. In a 60 day time frame I have caught 8 mice in my apartment. Nothing has been done on the management side. I was told that they would come and fill the holes and put traps down and then have the exterminator come weekly. The exterminator came once and that was AFTER I had Orkin come. But orkin told me that’s it’s not going to get better if the building is not treated and treated until they are gone. I then had to fill the holes and put more traps down myself. ( because it would have been an additional charge from orkin) I have put a lot of money into trying to keep the rodents out. I ran into someone I knew and she told me they had them bad on the third floor as well and a neighbor had the floor sprayed and she hasn’t heard any else about it. So I took that’s and sprayed the entril floor myself because still to date management just says the exterminator will come. But after speaking to the exterminator the one time he did come he told me that we won’t get rid of them until all units l treated and the holes are filled because they are in the walls.
Seems as tho the rodent issue is not a big concern to the rental office . Even tho management told me they also live in the building obviously she doesn’t have them. šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø I have reached out to corporate as well. And nothing. Since I have sprayed I have caught 3 more mice. Again doing things in my home that I found on the internet. Not from anything that the property has done because like I said I reported my first Mice spotting was Aug 28 and the the exterminator came sept 5 and I haven’t seen him since.

The management office, Chanise and Jeff are sweet hearts. They are always nice when I call with questions and answers them. I’kea responds to my emails and provides me with the information that I need. Tiffany, I had a meeting with her (about the mice issue)we set a plan and yet the plan was not followed by what she said. I sent follow up emails and yet no response. Yet the MICE are still a huge issue. So to me she is not a woman of her word. All you have is your word and your name. šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø then thetr is maintenance. Hhhmmm well my hot water heater busted and there was no ER number to call. So my laundry room floooded. Good thing for fathers right? lol ( should of seen that as a red flag) since then there has been a ER number sent out. Not sure because I havent had any other after hours issues. And the rental office is now open on the weekends)There are ppl that come in the mornings to vacuum and clean the halfways. Again like I said the carpets are dated and old. They also empty out the trash rooms. ( it’s the ppl in the building that don’t put the trash in the chutes correctly that causes the smelly hallways). if there is anyone else in the office I haven’t met or dealt with them.

Overall it’s a HARD NO for me. If I had the 4k to break my lease I would immediately. But then how would I move my things with broken elevators and 6th garage Clearances. Having good management means nothing when the living conditions are not good. And yes it could be worse but when you are paying YOUR money you expect things to be how they should be.

Slowly but surely becoming a mess. Condo owners are moving out and riff raff is moving in. Loud music played after hours. Packages stolen from the package room, people who don’t live in the building loitering in the parking garage. For the price people pay a month to live here, it’s surely not worth it. It’s giving SE. EVEN WITH NEW MANAGEMENT.

Update: I’ve put in several requests for someone to come look at my hot water heater which keeps going out for whatever reason. I literally relight the hot water heater at least 4 times a week and have been doing so since it’s been cold outside (very safe right?)….Washing machine stopped working in the middle of the cycle…put in requests for that…yet, nothing. Dish washer not working….put in a request for that before AND after new management…still nothing.

I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!
