Don't waste your time folks. Didnt even show up or answer the phone for the viewing. Highly unprofessional. Place on the outside was dirty and had moss all over it. And had a tarp over the door overhang that looked like it was getting ready to collapse. I can only imagine what the inside looked like. This was for the chugach way mobile home advertised on zillow.

Be careful what unit/property you rent from. 4554 Homer Dr. has had various issues with pests (including bed bugs) That being said, management was prompt at trying to correct the issue. Maintenance is responsive and will definitely gets things fixed or looked at if there's a problem with your unit.

When it came time to move out, I was charged for three hours of professional cleaning services for an extremely tiny studio/efficiency apartment that was already thoroughly cleaned. I did not see where this was necessary, as I was a clean long-term resident that had to leave due to the above mentioned issue. Not the most pleasant renting experience, but I was thankful for the cooperation with management.

Upon living there for a year, there was multiple pest problems, a flood in the apartment next to mine, causing my bed and apartment to be covered in water and when the maintenance man came to check it out, he said the landlord would be in touch about replacing my bed as it wasn't my fault and I came home to a soaking apartment after working 9 hours. When they never called, I called the landlord, Renae Dewberry, and she basically said they couldn't replace my bed and after quite a bit of insistence on my part, she took $200 off that months rent. In the months after that the apartment above mine spring a leak and ruined the tiles of the bathroom ceiling, and had to prompt the landlord twice to come and replace the sagging ceiling tiles that do not belong in an apartment building in the first place. Upon moving out, I placed my keys in the door slot as prompted, and since the landlord didn't get them over the weekend, I was charged $80 for "not turning my keys in on time". On top of a 4 hour cleaning charge, which for a tiny efficiency apartment, I do not see the necessity of it. Especially when I cleaned the floors and carpets myself before moving out. I got less than half my deposit back, and it took them three weeks to get me my deposit because the owner leaves state for winter. They are nothing but a greedy ,money hungry company that has no interest in helping people. Do NOT rent from this company.

Kitchen sink won't drain, had this issue for months, they refuse to fix it, instead ignored first time, second time said we had to go through the proper channels, did, tried to serve us an eviction notice. Still not fixed.

This company is awful! They have over 50 units running on a well system with 5 times the legal limit of arsenic in it! Several other health issues as well. The office manager, Renee, is super rude and the owner's obviously do not care. Do not rent here!
