Joie came recommended to us from another relator who didn't work in Maryland. It was our first home so I had no idea just how much work a relator puts in. Joie not only found us places to look at but also did research to make sure the houses were up to code (which we told her was really important to us). At one house she brought out a measuring tape to point out the ceiling was too low. I had a million questions about the process but also local regulations. If she didn't know the answer she would research and come back to us with it. She wrote an offer that got us the first house we put a bid in for but somehow still got it under asking. Now that we are in the house the few tradesmen we had come out have complemented us on how well maintained it is and we haven't had any unexpected maintenance. Even after we closed she is still quick to answers our emails/questions.
