First time in a bus in NJ, I have to go to New York and took the 123 with the number 5809, the card machine for payment is working but with a paper on it, and the driver so rude as the bus owner told me that I have to buy the ticket by the app, and he signed the place where I have to sit to do the process. I think in the worst places around the world has a better service!

The Christmas/New years holiday season from hell are you guys collecting every month to provide a horrible delayed canceled or just poorly managed service because whether it’s a train or bus it’s just a piss job… train delaying 40 minutes when it says in route then says its delayed for another 50 mins Stop holding us hostage with this garbage services. Chicago better, Tokyo better, Toronto better you guys suck stop collecting a check and get the work done make people just buy a car and due away completely with this garbage

The bureaucracy here is one of the worst that I have experienced. Contractors are treated as second class citizens. They asked me if I am a contractor or full time employee even before speaking to me in two different occasions. The supervisors and directors in IT department
treat you really bad and abuse you even calling you stupid in-front of everyone, and laugh in front of everyone for calling you stupid what a evil act, if you ask something twice and if you are a contractor. One of worst work experience in 8 years of my career. Everyday felt traumatic because you are yelled in-front of everyone for even a minute details. They even threaten me of firing couple of time even though you work your ass off for not understanding something, no patience to explain things twice. This place is outright abusive work place. Very traumatic experience. Never work here as a contractor.

The bus and the light rail system seem to work really well. It seems that the light rail ran every 20 minutes which was really convenient. I don’t know how often the busses came because they have so many of them. I would definitely ride again and recommend it!

This is by far the worst transit company in the North-East. I commute 5 days a week into NYC from NJ and I would NEVER risk taking NJ transit as they have proven to be the most useless and rude service to exist. They constantly are late, constantly canceling service with little to no warning and their “employees” have little to no regard to you or your situation, I almost feel like they enjoy when they inconvenience us. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Take the PATH and from Newark or Harrison, the much more effective transit system. Finally, what HORRIBLE pricing. $32 for two one way tickets for a train that then gets CANCELED and NO REFUNDS. Bad company, bad people.

NJ transit has the weekends set up very foul of service. During the week it's fast service. Hire more people for the weekends and stop coming every hour. Weekends people still work and do things even more. The trains should run every 15 to 30 minutes no matter what. Even on weekends.

I like access link.most of time but Sunday I was waiting over an hour for bus I was told 5 minutes away according to Driver he then told customer service he picked me up when he hadn't I had to call several times to finally picked up. When I called customer service to again report this I was told sorry about that it was new driver it happens. He was told by dispatch to apologize but he never did. So if your ride keeps showing on way but does not arrive in couple minutes keep.calling . They could have sent an.uber but chose not to
