The property manager stole my rent money at gateway at peerless and I am being told I still have to pay it or be evicted. I’ve shown them proof and bank statements but I still have to take a lost with my four children. We now have to have an eviction or come up with 4 thousand dollars. I really hope if you choose to live here you think twice. My air has not worked in months. My front door battery is dead.

I have been living at this property ( Gateway at Peerless) since February 2023. Everything was going smoothly until little things started to happen and going unfixed. Just recently the property manager left and there has been no one here to see to the property or maintenance issues. My air hasn’t been working properly for the last three weeks. It’s leaking so bad that I now I have towels on the floor that are getting soaked around two hours tops. With children in the house and a baby under one this is unacceptable. Using emergency maintenance is pointless they take your information and absolutely nothing is done.

Received "third notice/lease termination notice" The notice was to recertify. NEVER received first two notices. Notice said to call office to make appointment with manager who is never there. Poorly run!

Conifer Realty is awful and they crooks.with there crooked managers lying and stealing making up bogost charges that don't exist. Don't move in any of there properties. Especially Westhills Square apts these idiots wouldn't give back my security deposit. I took them to court and won and they still won't pay me my money. Crooks.Also they own 3 sets of property in Owings Mills
Morning side.the preserves. And another one don't rent from the crooks.people report these folks to your representatives and city officials...Its been 2yrs and I still haven't gotten my security deposit back.crooks.
