We must have looked at 8+ communities and over 20 houses before deciding on our home in Kellerton. We are so thankful we landed in such a beautiful community. The location right beneath the mountains is really so beautiful. For us, we especially enjoy the pool and amenities available right down the street. (Clubhouse, pool, playgrounds, grocery stores & downtown nearby as well!)

We couldn’t be happier with our home buying process and the way our house turned out! Vicky was so helpful to us ( & still is, even over a year later!) There were a few minor issues as any house will have. I appreciated Keystone building in a year long warranty to fix any issues that may come up. Just extra sense of security, and they took care of everything for us on our punchlist with no problem. I felt like they sincerely cared about us and our home throughout and we highly recommend!

This was the first time we built a home and are exceptionally pleased with how the process went. Our construction manager, Andrew, was awesome at keeping us informed of the building process, which was so important since we live 3-1/2 hours away. He always got back to us very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our home. We just moved in a few weeks ago, but so far we love our home and the neighborhood/location is fantastic!

Our experience with keystone new home advisor, home designer, construction manager were great. Always communicated with us via email and phone, answered all my calls and took care of us. All the process during the construction are clear and on time. We don’t need to worry about anything. Everything went well from the start to close. Love our new Villa! We got to see the whole house building process from beginning to end, and also tracking the process on the keystone app. Very responsive team especially the construction manager, Andrew. Alex on the sales, was very helpful in the beginning. Overall we are having a wonderful experience living here in Kellerton. Met some of our new neighbors and very welcoming!

Just make sure to keep an eye on the time frame to build Kellerton houses. Typically if you customize a house from scratch, it would need around 14-15 months. However in our case we choose to buy the Villa which already had its foundation done and still took 5 months before settlement, but we couldn’t customize it. But we like the predefined additions, so no complain. On top we got great incentives from the preferred lender.

Don’t look any further!!!

We were looking for single-family houses with a master suite on the living room level and were pleasantly surprised not only with the kin properties, design, design, style and layout of the house but also with its customer service we met with Vicky It was a breeze to understand the pricing, and she answered questions that we had. Only if it wasn’t a little too far for my commute to work, I would have signed this house and been there forever. It is not only a gorgeous property, but everything is so well thought out and the finishes used in the model home is supremely premier. If you see details in things, and like everything to look pristine, look no further, this is the place to be.

My family closed on a beautiful Devonshire Vintage home a week ago and we love our new home! We are in the Kellerton Community of Frederick MD and it is such a beautiful community with several modern amenities. Vicky was our new home advisor and played a major role in ensuring that documents were completed in a timely manner so we could have our settlement on the scheduled date. She was truly helpful and kind throughout the process. We initially had a few hiccups with our lender but Vicky helped us through it. CJ is a wonderful construction manager and has kept in contact with us to ensure all minor issues upon move in are addressed and fixed. The design center and team were all wonderful to work with.
