Honestly, it's one of the most poorly planned out communities in Loudoun. To say that parking is a nightmare is an understatement! You have a one car garage that doesn't fit a standard SUV, and a driveway that you really can't use because that's the air conditioning units are on the side of the driveway, which means you can't get out of you car on one side.

If you have one small car and never have a single visitor, it's a good community.

If you have a two± car household, good luck. If you want to have a house warming party with just 2-3 people, good luck finding guest parking because it doesn't exist. Bought the place on your own but now you're dating someone? Get used to going to their place because there's no place for them to park. Have a kid with a car? Nope, not here because there's no parking.

If you have little kids or like to walk your dog, be warned that people FLY through the community at 45± mph. Kids have been hit by cars in the community and nothing is done to prevent it. It's like playing Frogger in real life, every day.
