Do not rent from sunshine management. They are crooks. Especially Cindy Gibson. She charges me 2,000 dollars in damages after I moved out the apartment. Unfortunately, it’s going to affect my credit because I’m not paying it. I’ve included pictures here of the last time I walked out of my apartment. I took a video and I have snapped photos from the video. The apartment looked amazing. There’s no reason to charge me $2000 in damages I got it in the letter and it said if I don’t pay it, it will go to a credit bureau Purely evil of them to do this to me I was with them for a whole year. I chose to leave on my own because I didn’t like the apartment didn’t have central air. Cindy Gibson was very difficult to work with she tried to argue with me anytime I tried to call Or ask for anything they also don’t answer any maintenance request and then will bill you for the damages at the end of the year. They told the government agency that pace for some of my apartment that I’m racist and hateful with absolutely no substance behind it no proof no background. I would be very careful from renting from sunshine management as I heard if you get on their bad side and as I know, they will try to trespass you from your house so you cannot get back in

I rented a unit in the Carrol Plaza shopping center and I can’t open my business, I can’t even have a permit to start remodeling the place! How this is possible? Those people make everything worst! The department of zoning of the Westminster said they are asking for paperwork for annexation over a year for water allocation and the sunshine management rented a property for business that couldn’t have those permits. Please I want assistance, I need help!I just want to work! What left to me: I didn’t open my business and am I bankrupt?! To have rental approval I did a business plan $1.000 lawyers $5.000, payed architect $10.000 deposit rent and July rent $13.500 insurance for the salon and sunshine M $ 3.000 I get the loan with bank 100.000, website $4.000, signs front $5.000 furniture for the salon $60.000 contractor $120.000 BGE every month with the place closed $ 500: every month and the first’s one $1400 and the second one $1300 because the meter was broken!!!!? That people that who should work with me open their own salon, in 2 months they opened! What I’m doing in the middle of a war between the plaza shopping mall and the city of Westminster?!

I have been a resident of Sunshine Management (Lindsay Road apartments) for 4 years and in all that time I have experienced only excellent services from the management staff. I had a fantastic experience working with Gina, the property manager, when I first leased. She was incredibly responsive and made the entire leasing process smooth. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensured that everything was handled promptly, and she always kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication. What I especially like is the fact that the company has an online Kiosk for residents to request maintenance (and other) services and responses are immediate and professionally completed. Tony and his maintenance crew are the best and are always on point. Whenever I run into them as I'm coming and going, they are always friendly and polite. I love the neighborhood as well; the neighbors are friendly and always wave, speak or stop to have a short conversation. Overall, great experience with Sunshine Management. Highly recommend!

I've lived here now for seven years now. Absolutely love my apartment, entering the secured door, very clean, fresh paint and even pictures on all levels. I love the fact that everything is on one level in apartment and that the much needed laundry room is right in building (love that). Any problem(s) with anything, maintenance was there within one/two days. Staff very pleasant and friendly, they care about you. Management, Gina is a diamond, always willing to listen even when it's not apartment related. Neighbors are very pleasant and speak whenever they see you. The outside grounds get cut and manicure every two weeks and looks beautiful. Trash pick-up is always on time, every Wednesday like clock work. I really can't say enough about sunshine management. Just thank you staff for everything you do for me and my family.

On 2 different occasions I have tried to gain access to a property in Hagerstown, MD. Most recently 1-12-25, was told to contact Ashley (mgmt) if we (myself and real estate agent) had difficulty, contact her. The lock box code was not accurate, for the 2nd time. We called multiple times and got nothing. This is very unprofessional and I now know why the property has been listed for greater than 365 days. We are very disappointed and our time has been wasted!

Tony, the maintenance man at Cooks Crossing deserves 5 stars for the work he did repairing my bathroom. It was obvious he took time to make sure everything was done correctly. He also called me to keep me updated on his progress. My husband and I were amazed at how good it turned out.

We have been renting from sunshine management for a little over a year now and I can say they are absolutely amazing. Cindy is outstanding. She is respectful, hard working and dedicated. She goes above and beyond for her residents. We have never had a single issue and love everything about our home.
