I have a strong appreciation for the office and the staff members. They have been exceptionally helpful throughout my move-in process from the very beginning until the present. I have observed that, even during evening hours, they maintain a courteous and polite demeanor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I also value the community events organized at the property each month, which foster engagement among residents. Moreover, I am impressed by the efficiency with which they address work orders and maintain the property’s upkeep.

We have lived at the Park at Walnut Ridge community for 3 months and it has been the best 3 months ever. The team is great Christina the manager and the entire team are wonderful. Evelyn thank you so much for taking care of me from Dallas Texas all the way to Frederick Maryland you are friendly personable kind and warm. Shakira such a pleasant young lady vibrant and a great lady. To the maintenance crew especially Miguel great service always available and willing to assist at anytime. This team is a great asset to the Park at Walnut Ridge Community. GreyStar you all have a great asset a great team I am pleased to commend them all and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best place to be at. The apartments are nice, spacious and a cozy and quiet place, the maintenance workers are very attentive and always at their service with great respect and attention, the manager and assistant are incredibly helpful and very kind to the tenants. We are very happy to have rented in this nice place, all the neighbors are friendly people. 😊🙏 I recommend it if you are looking for an apartment, do not hesitate to come and see this place.

The staff here is amazing. Christina, Kay and Bob are extraordinarily awesome. The community truly feels like a family. The community events allow us all to come together and just enjoy life. Moving here was a great decision. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to lead us all. Thank you for your warm welcomes and great laughs. I love it here

All I can say is SUPER DUPER...I rent one of the Townhomes and can comfortably say that they are very deceiving to look at from the outside, yes they are a pleasure to look at, but once you actually step inside....totally different story..THE SIZE and amount of room inside will DEFINITELY have you sign those leasing contracts ASAP...The team lead by the young lady Christina (hopefully I spelled her name right) made everything easy and convenient to work through..WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY FOR ALL....

The Park at Walnut Ridge is located in a beautiful community that is close to the highway and downtown area. The apartments are nice and spacious. Thanks to Ms. Kayra for going above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns. She was very inviting and made me feel very comfortable. Bob, the Leasing Specialist, is very attentive to all my requests. He is very friendly! I've been living at The Park at Walnut Ridge for approximately 6 months and so far, I've been enjoying it. I especially enjoy all the parties and activities for residents. Additionally, any time I have a maintenance request, The Park is very responsive and the repair men do a fantastic job. Highly recommend living here!
