Renn quarter is a gorgeous community. The community itself is fantastic—well-planned, welcoming, with great amenities. The sales team is very helpful and knowledgeable. We stopped by in search for a new home and Sarah was more than accommodating! She was so friendly and told us everything we needed to know about the community. An amazing community! Went above and beyond answering my questions and even followed up with me in a few days to see how our home search was going. My children and I love our new home, we have been here since March and we couldn’t be happier. We love our neighborhood! My daughter and I ride the bikes around the paths and take walks to watch the sunset, all the neighbors are so friendly, it is just a nice community. It is getting prettier by the day, things are happening fast, we are so looking forward to see the Club House done and enjoy the pool next year.
I really have to give a shot out to the sales team, they were amazing during the purchase process and after the process too. They are always eager to help!! Thank you Renn Quater team and community for welcoming us with open arms!

I bought and quickly sold and moved out within a few months of living there. (I ended up loosing money for selling, but it was worth it). Horrible construction, cheap materials, mice issues, lots of houses with 1 small clubhouse. Warranty department is not helpful with issues that come up, they will tell you is the home owners responsibility even though its supposed to be bumper to bumper within the 1st year. I do not recommend renn quarter or DR Horton. Please spend more money with a quality builder elsewhere! Don't buy cheap, you will regret it!!

My wife and I just purchased our 1st home ever. The process was stressful but made easy with DR Hortons team. Samantha and Quinn are open and honest and helped us through this process.
