From the first moment we began communicating with Jose Lazo, owner of Lazo Outdoors, and throughout the entire process of our pool build, he and his team exemplified utmost professionalism and kindness. I loved the fact that we were able to deal with Jose from the first initial meeting, design process and all the way throughout the building process. His attention to detail is amazing, he listened to everything we wanted and designed a gorgeous pool for our family. He was great at communicating with us every step of the way and was always available to answer our call or return calls in a timely matter. It is obvious that Jose takes great pride in each and every pool design he creates. He made the process easy, smooth and stress free.

Every single Lazo employee we worked with, during each and every stage of the process, showed that they genuinely cared about us and our pool and patio project as well. The workers doing the pool and patio build were very organized, knowledgeable, punctual and exemplified a keen eye to detail.

Do NOT use this company and expect them to stand behind their product. After multiple attempts of a resolution, requests for tests/results, and begging to have our pool issues revolved for the majority of 2024, our pool is still cracked, unable to be used, and no plans to fix the issues going into the second quarter of 2025. Lazo Outdoors claims to be in communication but it’s been over 9 months of no real action to fix our pool. They continue to point fingers at their sublets. Massive cracks, losing water, draining our well to while Lazo found no urgency behind needing to have our hose in the pool for 6+ hours a day for months. They don’t deserve the rating they have on Google based upon their poor customer service and willingness to stand behind their lifetime structural warranty. Lazo Outdoors’ work is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, beautiful but no integrity or strength behind their work. A good business owner would jump to fix the issue, make the customer happy and move along but instead, Lazo Outdoors’ poor customer service and choices leave them looking like scammers with a faulty service/product. Having paid a lot of $$$$$, we expected a top notch and long lasting pool but unfortunately that’s not what we were provided. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to make your dream pool/outdoor area. This could have had a completely different outcome and review rating/messaging had Lazo Outdoors just stepped up to the plate and fixed the issues-those of which could’ve been prevented during the build process. Integrity and customer service go a long away but you won’t find that here. 👎🏼

Lazo installed a new in ground pool and a new travertine sidewalk. It was a longer then normal process due to having to take a break in the winter but the end result in the spring was fantastic. Rufus has always been there for me when I needed help or had any questions. I would surely recommend them for a pool or any outdoor landscaping.

They were so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Jose came out to my house and gave me some ideas of how I should enhance my outdoor space. I was not sure that I could afford the entire project, but Jose worked with me on materials that would fit my budget. I was sure about the size of the patio and deck and if it would work in my space, but it was amazing. The size was perfect, not too big or small.

The team that came out was done the entire project with 3 weeks. They worked from sun up to sunset everyday without complaining and were always nice and accommodating.

The landscaping was wonderful as well.

Jose is a genuine, hard working business owner. Him and his team were great with communication and very efficient with our deck and patio project. From the permitting process to the actual build: they are very detailed and make it a seamless process for us. Jose worked with our budget to give us exactly what we envisioned. Thank you Lazo!

Lazo Landscaping completed our patio and front walkway in 2021. They did an excellent job. Unfortunately, this year a few pavers in front walk moved and created a tripping hazard. I called Lazo Landscaping yesterday at 6 pm. The correction was completed to our full satisfaction by noon today.
The back patio had no problems and is a great addition to our back yard.
Great job, Lazo!!!
