After discussing my concerns about the house, I was promised a detailed document outlining the issues, but it was never sent. I reached out multiple times, each time being told that the letter would be written and sent, yet it never arrived. I would not recommend this company if you're planning major structural changes and need assurance that your plans will be approved.

Stephen Brown performed an exhaustively complete structural analysis on site for our rooftop deck and completed his drawings for us by the end of the week. City inspectors were happy to see the Skarda stamp and were quick to approve. I had a related question for Stephen a year or two later and he answered me same day. Very professional and helpful.
