My niece referred me to Greg Cullison who had helped them find their first home in Baltimore. So, when it was time to sell the condo where my parents used to live, I reached out to him. I found him to be very knowledgeable and so helpful, especially since I now live out of state and thought I had to sell in an “as is” condition. Greg provided me with names of great contractors he new for painting & new flooring and provided access to them for bids, as well as in completing the renovation.
