Matt was the most thorough and helpful Realtor I ever have met. It all started last summer with a call asking "Are you interested in selling your home?" And I just happened to be! Most of my family had already moved to Delaware or were planning to move shortly. I wanted to get there too. My home was small but all the infrastructure was new. The one eyesore, my kitchen, needed improvement. Matt gave me great ideas how to get my house sold. He arranged and organized repairs and improvements to my home that would get me the most money. My kitchen although small looked amazing with the new flooring, counter top and paint. We listed the home on a Friday and were under contract by Monday.
