Absolutely terrible. The sign when you enter the lot says $4 for 15 minutes, and $15 maximum per day. I parked for 30 minutes and they charged me $20. When I pushed the button to speak to an attendant no one answered or came to the gate. We called the number and they said all they can do is ask management to change the sign. I couldn't cancel the credit card charge either. Basically this place is a scam that will charge more than what is posted. Should be shut down by the city.

Would give 0 if I could. The customer service is awful. After countless hours on the phone with them or trying to get a hold of them, we still have not received our refund. Don't even try to press the help button at the gate- it's not working

I parked my car here for a show. There was a security patrolling the area and overall felt fine. The staircases were basic could be better labeled. The area is exactly how you would expect to be like in LA.

NOT SAFE!! My car was stolen overnight. There is zero security at night. When I reported the theft to the nearby police station they told me this lot is notorious for cars being stolen, happens constantly. Wish I'd known sooner - I mistakenly thought my car was safe.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Never be alone or look alone. Don't say things that show you're not from the area. Study and memorize where you want to go because you do NOT want to look lost. Walk confidently and tall. Be alert at all times.

good location, clean, lots of parking, good size spots, 4 electrical car charging ports, working elevator, full-time staff. Did see one car broken into over the years tho, don't leave your stuff out in the open. Only self park.

Weekdays Tuesday - Thursday usually has monthly only parking. Don't be surprised if the lot is full during these days.

Alright, guard on duty, open 24/7, covered, price is $11. Kinda dirty and there are some abandoned cars but for DTLA it's fine. Wish the monthly pass was more reasonable.

UPDATE: (1/2022)
Given the options for monthly parking, this lost has improved a bit since my last review, or my standards may have dropped. In any case, between this lot and the one behind it on Main st (545 s main st) this is the better between the two. Thereโ€™s wayyyyy more incidents lately at the 545 Main Street garage. Many breakins, sketch guard thatโ€™s always โ€œonโ€ but never where he supposed to be, instead heโ€™s out parusing taking pictures with his own cell phone of buildings and cars, or off across the street no where near the parking structure.
Also prices here are (actually) better, and place feels more secure lately. Trust me, this is coming from a person that would never ever consider parking here.

Cons: if your looking for monthly, itโ€™s a bit hard to track down how or who to pay. I messaged corporate 4 times Amin the past month no response. (& still waiting to hear back,)
