I needed a lead inspection for my daycare and I was very impressed with this company. They were very professional from the initial phone call to the very end of the inspection. They had a lot of knowledge in what they were doing and they were very accomadating since the inspection was done during business hours. It was my first time dealing with this type of inspection and they were able to help me navigate through it smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Air Land & Water Engineering!

Excellent company to work with. Everyone is super professional. We had some asbestos tiles in our basement. They showed up on time. Followed all the standards of setting up barriers with thick plastic, creating a negative air pressure. No dust was getting out. When they were done, they left our basement spotless. They even test the air at the end so you know it’s safe. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Great company. I’m keeping their number. They do other types of clean up too. I highly recommend them.

We had a really good experience with this company. Larry was very thorough with his inspection, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. The team that worked in the our home was friendly and efficient, and cleaned everything up before they left. We would definitely use Air Land and Water Engineering again!

We had an excellent experience with Larry and his team at ALWE. Larry and his colleagues were incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions and eased our concerns about the asbestos remediation process. His team of Derrick, Jose and Marcus were amazing in managing the process on site. They were always punctual, honest and provided excellent customer service and did a superb job. They stayed late to make sure the site was cleaned up perfectly and that the air quality in our home was safe at the completion of the project. I cannot recommend them highly enough. This is a top notch company with truly wonderful staff who do excellent work.

This company did asbestos remediation in our basement. They did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. Dealing with Larry Brand was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would say the same of the two technicians who came to our home to do the work. They spent a very long day doing a difficult task and did a great job. I highly recommend the company.

Excellent experience with Air Land & Water. I needed an inspection before doing construction on a home I just purchased to rule out asbestos. Larry explained various considerations so that we would be testing the right areas, and coordinated the team to come the next day. Within 2 days they reported back with a laboratory detailed report. Their responsiveness was way above normal these days. Would highly recommend them.

I just had ALWE treat portions of the basement of my historic home. They were very professional from the first stage of testing and providing an estimate to scheduling the job. The crew arrived on time, did the work as promised and did a thorough clean up when they were done. They provided a very thorough explanation of how the work was going to be done and I felt fully informed on any options regarding the process. They were recommended to me by someone who used them so I did not get competitive bids for the work. I wanted to work with a firm that had been used by someone I know because of the nature of the work.

Air Land and Water did the testing and abatement for our home and they were excellent! Scheduling with Larry was super easy, test results were fast, and the abatement crew, Derrick and Marcus, were very polite and efficient. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you ALW!
