Here is a 10k new fireplace in the basement of our new GTM house. The fireplace is completely useless, and in fact fills the house with smoke from the upstairs fireplace. this is because GTM designed the house without considering negative pressure in the basement. Furthermore, we paid them a fee to oversee the construction and yet they gave us no help in fixing this problem. One year old GTM house with major flaw. They are not responsive and not detailed.

Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and uninterested (in your project) , the first outreach took 3 weeks to get an email reply, even after assurance that we'll hire them, they took their time replying, showing no interest and right before signing contracts, they completely ignored my messages. Unprofessional, unresponsive and very condescending. Glad I went elsewhere.

I am so happy with my new office building. Jeff Whitman was our architect and really helped us get the best value for our money. He is such a pleasure to work with and was accomodating my changes as the work progressed. He had some innovative solutions to problems that arose with permitting. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. A+
