The PI.KL team was fantastic to work with! Their design for Wide Angle Youth Media's new media arts education and training center engaged our staff and students, to create a space that is truly unique. From our Production Studio, to an open gallery, to new staff offices, and state-of-the-art classrooms, they helped us think through every step, and we are so grateful! I can't praise PI.KL highly enough! The team has led the design of our adaptive reuse of a Greyhound station, to become a nonprofit youth and community center. They have both breadth and depth of knowledge, and they are very aligned with community-oriented design approaches. They are creative thinkers and fast communicators. Highly recommend!

Precisely what you want in architects!

We hired PI KL Studio to design E1507, an investment property that serves as a short term rental unit AND a unique art gallery.
The team brought global experiences and local knowledge to the design process. They also possessed an uncanny (and rare) skill set of being builders. They know how to exploit the constraints of budget and execution.

Hundreds of individuals have experienced our space and the overwhelming comments are ones of surprise and delight thanks in large part to the elegant, light , modern and high functioning design of PIKL.

We can not recommend them enough!

I've had the pleasure of being a client of PI.KL for more than three years, from a predesign process, through now getting ready to start construction on a project that combines a historic renovation with new construction. PI.KL Studio did an amazing job for our restaurant project in Baltimore City. They listened to what were our likes and dislikes and presented us with multiple options for our design. They were very communicative and responsive anytime we had questions and were very detailed when it came to getting our contractors to stick to the design of the space.
