Wow! Buying a house should not of been this easy. I had nightmares of going through this process. All for no reason! I researched available agents in the area and came across Ian Drummond. I loved how he was engaging the community online on a regular basis and called him on a Monday to start looking for our first home. Ian listened to everything that was important to us and stuck to our requirements and budget. On Thursday we had found our dream home and put in an offer, by Friday it was accepted.
