I cant say enough about how amazing Dawn has been for my husband and Me. We listed our home through a recommended by the builder realtor and got stuck in a 6 month contract because of it. When the contract ended I found Dawn and our first meeting she came prepared and knew all about my house, the comparative sales, and the deal already made with the builder. I hired her immediately and she brought more qualified people in a week than the other guy had in all 6 months! We had a reasonable offer in just a few months and she handled everything for us perfectly.
