Great local professional and knowledgeable. I was hunting for my first house with my wife, we both work remotely so we need quite a nice neighborhood. Communication with Alla was GREAT we set up an appointment through Zoom she explain how is buying process work in Florida and what challenges can appear when you hunting for specific houses. She sent us a listing with special requirements from our side. It's taken us a week and we finally found a couple we are interested in. She gives us 2 virtual tours and 2 in person. When we decided on one she Inspects the house and help us even save $7700.

This lady was completely insensitive I called to inquire about an apartment only to be told " I don't make enough money" and "what would you do if your car broke down". A simple you don't meet the requirements would have been fine, but being rude to the point of making me cry is unacceptable. We can all agree that times are tough right now and Alla does not know my situation I am actually being helped in moving due to unforeseen circumstances. BEING RUDE IS UNECESSARY! I will make sure to let people know how you treat people who are simply looking for information. The property is not nice enough for the pretentious attitude you displayed. I hope it stays vacant!

Terribly rude. And if you notice all the 5 stars come from, what appear to be, people from the same part of the world, which leads me to believe those reviews are fake.

Do not rent from this woman. I had a few questions and it was an immediate “no” from me as I couldn’t imagine communicating with her for 12 months, never mind :12 seconds.

Alla is a very​ knowledgeable realtor. She helped me to buy my townhouse in FL , then she helped me to sell it. Alla is very dedicated and experienced​ realtor capable to find a solution in not standard situation, has strong problem solving skills. I highly recommend her.

This realtor is extremely unprofessional! I called her the day before a showing and she agreed on a time, I called her the same morning and she act as if she had no idea who I was. We eventually met at the property and she was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not engage me in the home whatsoever. When I asked her to please explain things to me, she replied “it’s all self explanatory”. She walked around the home pointing the very obvious “here’s kitchen, closet, closet, bedroom, etc” I did let her know that she was extremely rude and unprofessional and she act is if she didn’t care, she walked off and went into the restroom of the home and I heard her urinating. I am on a search to find the Manager of the company so I can let them know that if she isn’t renting or selling homes then this is why! The home I saw is very nice, affordable and in a really good area. However, I would not rent it just because of her attitude. She said to me, I am sick - sometimes people get sick, I’m a nurse ... I know all about the sick. This behavior was not someone just being sick, this is her attitude and she could care less about the renters perception of the house or neighborhood. I even read the other review responses where she is arguing with the person about their perception of her instead of taking the constructive criticism and changing. I thought that I may have been misperceiving her at first but reading the other reviews only validate the concerns my mom, daughter and I had about Allá. Stay away from this realtor!!!!
